Wolf attended Yale University, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in English literature in 1984. From 1985 to 1987, she was a Rhodes Scholar at New College, Oxford

• The founder of the Rhodes Scholarship was funded by the Rothschild Family who just happens to be the official bankers for Vatican City

• Established in 1902, it is the oldest graduate scholarship in the world. It is considered among the world's most prestigious international scholarship programs. Its founder, Cecil John Rhodes, wanted to promote unity among English-speaking nations and instill a sense of civic-minded leadership and moral fortitude in future leaders, irrespective of their chosen career paths

Nathaniel, 1st Lord Rothschild (1840-1915) helped establish the Rhodes Scholarship at Oxford University, with funding bequeathed in the will of Cecil John Rhodes. This remains the oldest and most prestigious international postgraduate award. Rhodes and Nathaniel knew each other well; he had funded Cecil Rhodes in the development of the British South Africa Company and the De Beers diamond conglomerate.
